Subject: Request for permission to land a helicopter at Raemoir House Helipad

Dear Raemoir House Helipad team,

I would like to ask permission to land a helicopter at Raemoir House Helipad.

Date and time of arrival: [date], about [time] (local)
Helicopter type: [type] Passengers: [number] Duration of stay: [hours]
Purpose: [e.g. lunch, event, overnight stay]
Pilot in command and contact number: [name, phone]

Please tell me:
- whether you can accept the landing on that date, and where I should land;
- any fee, and any notice or paperwork you need;
- the best contact on the day, and any restrictions (noise, hours, livestock, events).

I understand that landing is only with your permission and that the pilot makes the final decision on safety.

Thank you,
[name]
